Who we are
This site and the Replicasa 3D service are run by 770 Builders LLC, a California limited liability company. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
We get it from you, from the people you send us, and from the property we scan.
- What you type in the quote form: name, email, phone, company, the property address, the service, size and preferred time (please don’t send access codes through the form).
- The scan itself: 3D data, panoramic photos and the floor plan of the property we visit.
- If you join as a founding client: the case study, the sample scan and any comment you give, published only with your written consent and with the address removed. Email us to withdraw consent for future use.
- Technical data our web host records for security and to keep the site running: IP address, browser, pages requested and time. Our host, Cloudflare, also counts page visits for us with its Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.
- Your browser keeps your quote answers and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), so you don’t lose your progress. When you send the form, the page you sent it from and those tags go with it, so we know how you found us. Answers are cleared when you send the form or close the tab, tags when you close the tab. Your browser also remembers, until you clear your browser data, which audience tab you picked and whether you paused the films.
We use no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels.
How we use it
To price, schedule and deliver your scan, to send the delivery link and invoices, and to answer you. With a founding client’s written consent, to publish the case study and show the scan as a sample. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Who receives it
Service providers we need to do the job: Realsee, which processes and hosts the scans and 3D tours under its own terms and privacy policy, which we send you on request; our email and file storage providers; our web host, which serves this site; our payment processor. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.
Today the quote form opens your own email app, or the webmail you choose (Gmail or Outlook), with your answers filled in; your message travels through your email provider and ours. If we start using a form service, we will name it here.
We also share a scan and its reports with the client who booked it and with the people that client asks us to send them to, such as a tenant, buyer, insurer or contractor. We disclose information when the law requires it, for example under a subpoena or court order, or to protect someone’s safety. If the business is sold or merged, the records go with it under this policy, and we tell clients by email.
Where scans are kept
Scans are processed and hosted on the Realsee platform. If you need scans kept only in the United States, tell us before you book and we will tell you whether we can do that. Tours are unlisted: we do not publish or list them anywhere, but anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people who need it. We ask that rooms be empty of people while the scanner turns. If a tour shows a face, a document or a personal photo you want hidden, tell us and we’ll blur it and send you a new link.
Scans we make for a client
When a landlord, manager, builder or agent books a scan, the scan, photos and reports are made for that client and belong in their files. We handle them on the client’s instructions. If you rent or live in a property we scanned, you can ask us to blur a face, a document or a personal item at any time. For anything else about a record of your unit, such as a copy, a correction or deletion, write to your landlord or manager, or to us and we pass it to them. We do not delete a client’s record because someone else asks, but we will blur personal details in it.
How long we keep it
We keep our own copy of the photos and the PDF for 3 years after the scan, then delete it. A client can ask us to delete our copy of their scans sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it. You can ask us to take a tour offline at any time, and we do it as soon as we can. Quote requests and invoices are kept as long as we need them for the job and for our tax and accounting records.
The 3D tour and the scan data behind it stay on the Realsee platform for the period stated on your quote.
People in or near the property we scan
A scan can record tenants, neighbors or passersby, and their belongings. We scan only what the client booked, ask that rooms be empty of people while the scanner turns, and blur faces or personal items on request. If you appear in a scan, email us and we blur you out and send the client a new link.
Your mobile number
If you give a mobile number in the quote form, we use it to call you about your quote and visit, never for marketing. The form does not offer text messages today; if we add a text option, it will be optional, not needed to book, and described here first. We do not sell or share your mobile number with anyone, including for their marketing.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across other websites. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and we do neither.
Your rights in California
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it (we don’t). We won’t treat you differently for asking. If we refuse a request, we tell you why.
We do not share personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing, so there is nothing to disclose under California Civil Code section 1798.83 (Shine the Light).
Making a request
Email [email protected] with what you are asking for. We confirm the request comes from you, usually by replying to the email address we have on file, and answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you within those 45 days and take up to 45 more. Someone you authorize can make the request for you.
Accessibility
Our accessibility statement says what we aim for and how to tell us about a problem.
Children
The site is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for material changes, tell clients by email.
