Our aim

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across this site: text you can read and zoom, pages you can use with a keyboard or a screen reader, and pictures described in words.

Films and moving pictures

The films on this site have no sound and carry no information that is not also in the text. Each one has a pause button. If your device asks for reduced motion, films do not play until you press play.

The 3D tour

The 3D tour runs on Realsee’s viewer, which we do not control and which is hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader. Each service also delivers what the tour shows outside it: photos, a floor plan, drawings or a condition report (PDF), as listed in your quote. If you need it in another form, email us and we send it to you.

Sample PDFs

The sample PDFs are tagged, with real text for titles, room names, areas and notes, so screen readers and search can read them. The drawings themselves are pictures. If you need what one shows in another form, email us and we send it to you.

How we check

We test the pages with the axe checker, with a keyboard alone, at 320 px wide, with wider text spacing, in forced colors mode and with reduced motion turned on.

Tell us about a problem

If something is hard to use or read, email [email protected] with the page and the problem. We send you the information another way within one working day and work on a fix for the page.
