Every package includes the 3D tour, with an unbranded link for the MLS and a branded link for your site, and still photos from the scan. Listing 3D adds a floor plan PDF: a clean plan for the listing and a measured sheet with each room’s area. Everything arrives on one delivery link, 24 to 48 hours after the scan.
Most MLS virtual-tour fields do not allow agent or company branding, so the unbranded link carries none: no names, logos or contact details. The branded link is for your website, emails and social posts; your quote confirms what it shows. Both open the same tour on any phone or laptop.
How long does the tour stay online?
Your quote states how long the tour link stays live. If the listing runs longer than planned, write to us before that date and we tell you the options in writing.
What should I prepare before the visit?
Stage the home as you want buyers to see it: the tour shows each room as it stands on scan day. Turn the lights on, open the blinds, unlock the rooms you booked and put away personal photos and papers. Someone needs to let us in; the owner doesn’t need to be there.
How much does it cost?
Every job is priced by the size of the property. A base price covers up to 700 sq ft; above that, a set rate per square foot. The quote form shows your estimate before you send anything, and we confirm it within one working day. Travel within 25 miles of downtown Los Angeles is included.
How is this different from a 3D tour app?
A 3D tour app gives you a walkthrough. We scan with a LiDAR scanner, so the tour, the floor plan and the square footage all come from one measured scan. The number in your listing has a source. You get branded and unbranded links, ready for your site and the MLS.
Every tour starts unlisted. Once you post it to the MLS, your site or social, anyone can open it, so put away personal photos, papers and valuables before scan day. Spot something after delivery? Tell us, and we blur it and send you a new link. For a rental with a tenant in place, tell us what to blur before you post.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel or move the visit free up to 24 hours before the scan. Inside 24 hours, the booking payment is kept. Jobs under $1,000 are paid in full when you book; larger jobs pay 50% to book and the rest on delivery. A room we could not get into is quoted as a short return visit.
How accurate is the scan?
LiDAR is laser scanning: the scanner times laser pulses to measure each surface. The Realsee Galois M2 is rated at about ±20 mm (roughly ¾ in) at 10 m (33 ft). Good for design, records and listings; check critical dimensions on site.
